Our monoblock batteries, often referred to as semi-traction batteries, deliver outstanding performance when subjected to frequent, rigorous cycling. They are engineered to deliver a consistent current over extended durations. While these batteries share many similarities with traction batteries, the primary distinction lies in their lifespan. Traction batteries outlast semi-traction batteries, boasting a greater number of cycles before requiring replacement.




ELF 12V Semi-traction batteries

The plates incorporated in these batteries ensure dependable performance and an extended lifespan.

ELF type semi-traction units, equipped with smear plates (specifically, the PzS type), represent a category of traction batteries that employ liquid electrolyte and feature positive flat plates.

ELT 6V ÷ 12V Semi traction batteries

ELT semi-traction batteries are a type of battery that utilizes liquid electrolyte and features positive tubular armor plates. They are often referred to as deep cycle batteries due to their ability to handle demanding discharge requirements. These semi-traction batteries are specifically engineered to provide a consistent, low-level direct current output for extended periods, even up to 80% depth of discharge after recharging.

These batteries benefit from specially formulated lead alloys for their positive and negative plates, which facilitate improved current conduction to the terminals while reducing internal resistance. The well-established high-performance armor plate design incorporates a corrosion-resistant grid, ensuring enhanced efficiency during charge-discharge cycles.

Within our lineup of Semi-Traction ELT batteries, we proudly offer a selection of Deep Cycle batteries. It's worth noting that true deep cycle performance can only be achieved with batteries featuring tube plates. In the development of these deep discharge batteries, we employ specialized antimony alloys that necessitate far less frequent water topping up. This feature provides reassurance and convenience for mobile lift maintenance teams.
